Dr. Manmohan Singh visits OMNI Hospitals to meet bomb blast victims

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh visited OMNI Hospitals to meet the injured victims during the twin bomb blasts which killed over 16 people and injured many.

Two bombs exploded within a span of minutes at Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad on February 21, Thursday. The Manmohan Singh government on Friday came under attack in Parliament, with the Opposition saying it was being causal about terror.

The Prime Minister has condemned the blasts as a “dastardly” act and assured that the culprits will not go unpunished.

Dr Singh has sanctioned Rs. 2 lakh each for the families of those killed and Rs. 50,000 each to those seriously injured from the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
