Cure for your Ailments, Care for your Health!
Proper hand-muscle movement and function are as important as proper bone health and growth. Sometimes while playing or performing any strenuous activity, bones can get fractured, especially the shoulders. At Omni, we provide comprehensive orthopaedic treatment, including shoulder cuff repair, for our patients with utmost care and compassion. Your proper treatment and general good healthcare are our topmost priorities.
Soft bone structures of children and mothers can often be at risk of fracture. Tears or damage to ligaments and bone structures of the shoulder can cause the shoulder joint to become unstable, leading to pain, weakness in the arm, difficulty in moving the hand freely, and joint stiffness.
Rotator cuff tears are not common in children but it can happen pretty much in women. Therefore, we take immense care to provide accurate diagnoses of our patients of various ages so that proper treatment procedures can be followed to repair the problematic region.
At Omni, our team of well-experienced, peer-reviewed doctors and surgeons specialising in child and women’s health provide the most accurate diagnosis with a customised treatment plan trying to be as minimally invasive as possible in cases of fractures, tears, and dislocation in the shoulder.
Here are some treatments usually recommended by our medical experts as part of the treatment plan:

Wear protective gear, such as shoulder pads and chest protectors, to protect against falling or hitting while playing. Eating more protein & calcium-rich food can help make muscles strong and aid in proper bone development.
Surgery may not be required in case of a slight tear or mild pain. Physiotherapy and rest may be enough. Surgery may be performed if deemed necessary by the consulted doctor.
After rotator cuff repair, it may take about six weeks to heal at the site of surgery. Complete recovery may be possible in 6 to 9 months.
